International Nurses' Day celebrated at Queen Nandi Hospital in Empangeni
Health and perseverance were among the topics on nurses’ prayer lists during the commemoration of International Nurses’ Day at Queen Nandi Regional Hospital in Empangeni on Wednesday.
They were reminded of the importance of helping others, and to keep the oath of nurse-patient confidentiality.

Candles were lit in remembrance of the dedicated nurses who have passed on, especially their colleagues who succumbed to Covid-19.
The group also asked for divine intervention to assist them as frontline workers during the ongoing, devastating pandemic.
