Ezemvelo warns of training scam

Ezemvelo KZN wildlife doesn't charge for training

EZEMVELO KZN Wildlife has alerted the public to a post circulating on social media, which falsely claims people can receive tour guide or field ranger training through the conservation authority, at a cost of R4 800.

There is no charge for any Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife training, hence the warning from the wildlife authority.

Ezemvelo told the ZO that only those who pass their rigorous recruitment process are placed within training programmes, and this training is free of charge to those who are selected.

Ezemvelo only ever advertises through reputable media houses within the province.
