Call for prayer after pharmacy delivery man sustains life-threatening injuries
Christo’s sister Laetitia Bester took to social media sharing that her brother had a hole in his lung and heart which resulted in the escape of air.
EMPANGENI residents are joined in prayer for pharmacy delivery man, Christo Bester, who is in ICU after sustaining critical injuries when he was knocked off his motorbike earlier today (Tuesday).
Christo’s sister Laetitia Bester took to social media sharing that her brother had a hole in his lung and heart which resulted in the escape of air.

‘He also has a torn kidney, which is bleeding heavily.
‘His femur bone is broken badly in a few places and his pelvis and ribs are also broken,’ said Laetitia.
The accident occurred at the corner of Turnbull Street and the R34 in Empangeni.
Christo was attended to by Mounties EMS paramedics before being taken to Life Empangeni Private Hospital.
