Covid vaccination roll-out back on track

Vaccination sites have been set up at various places around Richards Bay, and will be held on specific days.

After last week’s unrest which led to the Covid-19 vaccination roll-out to be put on hold across KZN, the process is back on track.

Vaccination sites have been set up at various places around Richards Bay, and will be held on specific days.

This is apart from the permanent sites set up at Ngwelezana, Queen Nandi and private hospitals.

First and second dose vaccinations for people aged 35 years and above will be administered at the following sites on the following dates:

22 July Time: 8am – 3pm Venue: John Ross College (main school hall)

24 July Time: 9am – 3pm Venue: Arboretum Primary School (school hall)

25 July Time: 9am – 4pm Venue: John Ross College (main school hall)

Please note:

· Bring ID

· It is not a requirement to be registered, as registration is done on site

· People 35-years-old or older from all suburbs are welcome

· Vaccination is voluntary and no payment is required
