Premier’s Cup to be contested this weekend

The games will be televised live on SuperSport from the Moses Mabhida Stadium

THE annual KZN Premier’s Cup knock-out football competition, contested between the province’s six DStv Premiership and GladAfrica Championship clubs, takes place this weekend.

The games will be televised live on SuperSport from the Moses Mabhida Stadium.

The opening fixture sees Uthongathi FC take on Maritzburg United at 11am on Saturday, to be followed by Richards Bay versus Royal AM at 2pm.

On Sunday, AmaZulu FC will play Golden Arrows at 9am in the first semi-final, followed by the winner of the Saturday games opposing each other at 12 noon in the second semi.

The winners will battle it out for the coveted trophy at 4pm on Sunday.
