Police hunting dangerous fugitive

The iLembe Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences unit members are looking for a suspect, considered dangerous, who escaped from official custody at eShowe Court on Friday.

Lungelo Diploma Nzuza (23), also known as Khaba, has appeared in court for five counts of rape, one attempted murder, and two counts of house robbery.

Nzuza is originally from the Lambothi area in Nyoni.

Colonel Thembeka Mbele is appealing for assistance in locating Nzuza, although cautions against approaching him as he is considered dangerous.

‘We appeal to anyone who might have information about where he is hiding, to contact the investigating officer Sergeant Mbabane on 079 9467082 or Crime Stop on 08600 10111,’ Mbhele said.
