NTT Ford Zululand among region’s top dealerships

NTT Ford Zululand scoops two Best of Zululand podiums, and gives an update on the R619 traffic circle construction.

AS a fan-favourite brand and local dealership, it’s no shock to see NTT Ford Zululand among the winners of its categories in the Best of Zululand Readers’ Choice Awards 2025/26 – another notch in the belt of this popular institution.

With a second place for Best Used Car Dealership, and a third place for Best New Car Dealership, you’re bound to find a vehicle you love – pre-owned or brand-new – and unmatched service and attention at NTT Ford.

All round winners

Previously Ritchie Ford, the dealership was taken over by the NTT Motor Group, a rapidly growing and successful enterprise that aims to contribute positively to the lives of their customers, staff and the area they service.

They are actively involved in their communities, offering support in the form of fundraisers, donations and contributions to local projects.

Dealer principal Andre Pretorius has a customer-centric focus and open-door policy for staff and customers alike. Building on the good foundation left by Ritchie Ford, Andre acknowledges the staff and their combined experience are what make the dealership stand out.

NTT Ford Zululand aims to reach superior levels of customer service and experience, and it appears that Zululand is happy with where they are heading.

With some new and exciting vehicles in the pipeline, as well as plans for the improvement of NTT Ford Zululand’s service offerings and premises, the future of the dealership is looking bright.

Traffic circle construction

In early 2026, a public notice was issued for the construction of a new traffic circle along the R619 in Richards Bay, creating a new entry point for NTT Ford Zululand.

The dealership says that construction of the circle is already under way, and an approved plan and measures have been put in place to ensure efficient and effective traffic management.

Road users are encouraged to exercise caution and patience in this area, and follow all signage and on-site instructions for the duration of the construction period – set to be completed by the end of July 2026.
