Mowcare is opening a new branch in Empangeni

Husqvarna is back in town

The grass is green where you water it, and with this belief, Ettienne and Nadine Terblanche are opening a brand new Mowcare branch in Empangeni. Building on the success of their thriving Richards Bay branch, the couple is excited to expand on their offerings and introduce the Mowcare brand to Empangeni.

Mowcare has for the last 24 years been Zululanders‘ go-to outlet for power products – from generators, brushcutters, chainsaws and lawnmowers in all shapes and sizes.

“It was time to expand,” said Ettienne, “For a very long time, there has been a gap in the Empangeni market for Husqvarna.”

This is great news for Husqvarna fans, as Mowcare Empangeni will be the exclusive stockist of these sought-after products. Both Mowcare Empangeni and Richards Bay will stock the complete Stihl range, Gardena, Tandem, Goscor, Briggs & Stratton, among others.

The couple are no strangers to taking calculated risks, having bought Mowcare in March 2020 – in the midst of Covid-19. Before joining Mowcare on a full-time basis, Ettienne was an engineer, while Nadine has a background in psychometry.

“With her soft skills and my hard skills, we are a mean team!” he said, adding that their aim is to deliver top class products, service and support to Zululand.
