RBIDZ offers bursary opportunity
The Richards Bay Industrial Development Zone (RBIDZ) bursary scheme is offering tertiary bursaries for 2024 to deserving applicants who reside in King Cetshwayo District Municipality
Undergraduate Degrees:
If you are currently a Grade 12 learner, or if you have already passed Grade 12 and achieved at least Level 5 in English, Mathematics (Core), Physical Science, Accounting and Economics and you would like to study at a recognised South African university, this bursary scheme could be just what you are looking for.
Consideration will focus on the disciplines listed below:
- Engineering: Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical and Electronics
- Surveying and Architecture
- Marine
- Environmental and Agriculture
- Economics, Accounting, Actuarial Science
- Information Technology
• Applications will be assessed on both academic merits and financial need. Depending on your performance, you may be selected for assessment.
• Acceptance into the Richards Bay Industrial Development Zone Bursary Scheme is dependent on meeting all requirements and a successful interview. The bursary is renewable on an annual basis dependent on the bursar’s academic performance and conduct.
