eNseleni murder suspect at large

Police are calling for assistance in tracking down a man believed to be a suspect in a murder committed in July 2021.

Halalisani Furumba Mbuyazi, who resided at Mayini reserve near eNseleni, is believed to be involved in the murder of Wandile Hlekwayo of Mathunzi reserve.

King Cetshwayo cluster spokesperson Captain Siyanda Shangase said, “The investigating officer from Empangeni SAPS has visited the suspect’s home several times but has never found him there.

“Police have secured a warrant of arrest against him.”
