On 16 August, in mid-afternoon, a warmly dressed male boy child was found discarded in a bin opposite the taxi rank.

Medics estimated the infant to be a couple of days old.

Tuesday night’s casualty, some 200 metres from the first incident, appeared to be newly-born child and was probably also placed in the bin during the busy daytime period.

Any person who might have information regarding the sad fatalities can call the nearest police station.
