Slow and steady progress at soccer stadium

Football fans won’t hold their breath in anticipation of a date for the reopening of the uMhlathuze Stadium as the major upgrade programme lags.

Delays, among others linked to the unforeseen extent of the water table problems plus cement supply issues, have set back the projected end of September completion date.
