Empangeni woman mauled, pet dogs attacked after two boerboels escaped their yard

An Empangeni woman, bearing the physical and psychological scars of a vicious dog attack two weeks ago, believes someone will be killed if authorities don’t take action.

The incident occurred two weeks ago when Kim Klemp was walking along Farewell Road in the early evening with her pet pedigree Boston terriers.

“This was the first time I had taken this route and was totally unprepared when three boerboels and another dog broke through the fence of a corner house and ran at us,” said Klemp.
