Richards Bay ‘leapers’ celebrate ‘second’ birthday

Two young ‘leapers’ celebrated their second calendar birthday on Thursday, 29 February.

Enkosi Ndamane and Zanokuhle Jiyane from Empangeni Preparatory School are the only two pupils at the educational institution who share this special birth date.

Still blissfully unaware of the rarity of their birthdays, the eight-year-olds are just looking forward to being celebrated.

Enkosi enjoys playing rugby and would love to have burgers on his birthday because it is his favourite food.

Netball player, Zanokuhle, cannot wait to enjoy pizza with her family and friends at her party.

These youngsters are proof that you are never too young to dream big, as Enkosi plans to become an entrepreneur when he grows up, while Zanokuhle has her sights set on medical school.
