King Misuzulu to miss King Dinuzulu 110th anniversary

King Misuzulu has announced that he will not be attending the 110th anniversary of King Dinuzulu, scheduled to take place Sunday.

Traditional Prime Minister to the Zulu Nation Reverend Thulasizwe Buthelezi said the king instructed him to convey the message that he would not attend the event.

“His Majesty will not be represented by any delegation from the royal family. While His Majesty appreciates the government’s efforts to honour King Dinuzulu, it is imperative that the dates and venues for such important royal events be approved by His Majesty the King before being publicised,” said Buthelezi.
