WATCH: Six injured in multi-car pile-up in Richards Bay

Four people are seriously injured with another two moderately wounded following a multi-car pile-up at the Foskor robots on the John Ross highway on Saturday night.

One vehicle at high speed reportedly ploughed into the rear-end of another two vehicles that were slowing down as approaching the Foskor robots.

All emergency services are on scene treating multiple patients.

Traffic has been affected as motorists travelling from town cannot access the John Ross highway via East Central Arterial.

The road towards Richards Bay is open but motorists travelling from Meerensee are advised to turn into East Central Arterial.
