After his quiet neighbourhood has been transformed into a late-night, noisy party venue, a Veldenvlei homeowner wants answers about the letting of homes for student accommodation.

The resident lives in Arum Lily street and wants to know just what his rights are, and why he and others were not consulted before the house down the road was transformed into a varsity res.
