Empangeni SAPS searching for relatives of deceased

Empangeni SAPS are looking for the next of kin for two unknown people whose bodies were found in the area.

In the first case, a black male aged approximately 49 years old was found dead on the Grantham Highway in Empangeni on 19 March.

The slim built man was wearing blue jeans, a long-sleeve T-shirt and running shoes. His body was partially decomposed.

Empangeni SAPS opened an inquest docket and the case is being investigated by W/O Milton Ntuthuko Dubazane in the detectives unit.

In the second case, the partially decomposed body of a black woman aged between 30 and 35 years was found on 22 April at Guzulu farm next to Empangeni Rail on the R102.

She was wearing black trousers, a white T-shirt and blue bra.

An inquest docket is being investigated by Empangeni SAPS detectives unit.
