Empangeni SPCA recycling efforts well supported

Locals respond 'pawsitively' to Empangeni SPCA's recycling initiative

Heeding the cash-strapped NPO’s call to help raise funds, locals have been ‘pawsitively’ amazing by supporting Empangeni SPCA’s initiative to recycle tins and cans.

As well as the SPCA’s Paws Charity Shop upstairs at 5Five Ways Mall, Coffee Chemistry in the Nail Shop building at 3 Kerk Street, Empangeni is also a recycling drop-off point.

Coffee Chemistry is open from 8am to 5pm on weekdays, and Saturdays from 8am to 1pm.

Paws Charity Shop is open weekdays 8.30am to 4pm, and on Saturdays from 8.30am to 1pm.

Relying solely on donations and funding from the generous public, Empangeni SPCA’s kennels receive between 70 and 100 unwanted animals every month.

Help their cause so no animal in the community is left behind.
