Representatives of BPG Mass Appraisals set to undertake property inspections

RATEPAYERS across the City of uMhlathuze are urged to be vigilant as the municipality prepares for next year’s general valuation roll and property inspections get under way.

Representatives from BPG Mass Appraisals are set to hit the ground in various suburbs across the city collecting data to ensure the ‘accuracy and fairness of the valuation roll’.

The information collected will be used to assess property values for municipal rates and taxes.
