Life imprisonment for teacher killers

THREE men accused of killing primary school teacher, Makhosazane Ngcobo (44), were each given life imprisonment by the Nkandla Regional Court on Tuesday.

Sabelo Buthelezi (46), who was the husband of the deceased; traditional healer Sphamandla Ntshingila (46); and Celani Buthelezi (36) were convicted of killing Ngcobo from the Madiyana area in Nkandla in February 2020.

Ngcobo worked as a teacher at Thalaneni Primary School and was last seen by her friends at the Nkandla taxi rank where she was waiting for her husband.
