Sign up for Christmas tree competition

Crazy about DIY projects? NG Kerk in Empangeni is inviting you to participate in its Christmas tree competition.

The weekend of festivities will take place from 22 to 23 November at the Dutch Reformed Church on 8 Kerk Street.

However, creatives are encouraged to showcase their trees on Thursday, 21 November from 3pm to 7pm.

Voting will start on Friday, and a small fee of R10 will be charged to spectators who will also have voting power.

On Saturday, festivities will draw to a close with a tea garden experience for just R50 per person.
