CPF warning after sporadic robberies in Empangeni

Empangeni residents have been advised to be vigilant on North, Logan and Hancock roads in Empangeni after two incidents of robbery on Tuesday.

According to reports, a woman was robbed at knifepoint by two suspects just after midday, while another was robbed of her handbag at around 1.40pm.

Empangeni CPF member Zonita Grobbelaar confirmed the two incidents and urged the public to be extra vigilant when walking alone.
