Mtunzini residents call for speedy intervention amid ongoing water crisis
Having emerged from a week-long water outage this week, fed-up Mtunzini residents want the ‘absolute unmitigated disaster’ dealt with once and for all.
“We have a water crisis at the moment. It’s an ongoing problem that flares up from time to time,” said Mtunzini Residents Association (MRA) chairperson Jeremy Nottingham.
The ongoing issue, which this time saw residents enduring dry taps from Monday, 18 to Monday, 25 November, has reportedly got some residents considering selling their properties or closing their businesses…
