Uncollected IDs at Home Affairs
Hundreds of uncollected IDs at Richards Bay, Empangeni and eSikhaleni Home Affairs offices
More than 4 000 identity documents are yet to be collected from the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) offices in Richards Bay, Empangeni and eSikhaleni.
Of these documents, 2 868 smart IDs are at the Empangeni offices and 945 are at the department’s offices in Richards Bay.
