Elephant Whisperer remembered

For the past two weeks, Figment Films, from Cape Town, directed by Robin Goode, has been at Thula Thula Private Game Reserve, filming a documentary about the life and legacy of the late Lawrence Anthony.

Best known as ‘The Elephant Whisperer’ – the title of his bestselling book – Anthony dedicated his life to wildlife conservation and earned global recognition for his work with a herd of wild elephants that found a home on his game reserve.

The documentary, set to air next year on local and international broadcast platforms, includes interviews with those who knew and loved him.
