Foundation volunteers assist in Ngwelezana clean-up operation

Green Chapter Foundation leads another massive clean-up operation in the Ngwelezana area

Keeping communities safe and clean is trending, with many groups and communities joining in the positive action.

Last week, the Green Chapter Foundation led another massive clean-up operation in the Ngwelezana area, working with volunteers and residents.

The day began with volunteers cleaning up pedestrian routes, including narrow pathways at Ngwelezana B Section for the safety of residents.

They also tackled an illegal dumping site which has been a pain for residents over the years.

“This is enhancing crime prevention at a primary level through environmental design,” said Mpendulo Mbulawa of Green Chapter Foundation.
