Harbour Arterial road to be closed on Monday
There are ongoing efforts to fix the badly damaged Harbour Arterial road leading to the Port of Richards Bay
It is going to cost around R22-million to rebuild Harbour Arterial, the pothole-riddled route to the west gate of the Port of Richards Bay.
