Eskom implements stage 3 load-shedding

The power utility is implementing Stage 3 load shedding until further notice

Eskom has announced that it will implement stage 3 load shedding as of this (Saturday) evening.

The power utility said it has encountered a setback and will have to implement rolling power cuts until further notice.

“Eskom kindly urges the public to use electricity efficiently by turning off geysers and pool pumps from 5pm to 9pm.

“Doing so can significantly reduce demand and alleviate pressure on the power system.

“These small actions can make a big difference in minimising load shedding and ensuring a more stable energy future for all,” Eskom stated.
