uMhlathuze Municipality loses court bid to prevent EFF from protesting

The uMhlathuze Municipality suffered a major blow as the Durban High Court dismissed its application to interdict the EFF from staging protests around the city.

The matter was heard on Monday, with the High Court dismissing the application with costs.
