After consecutive fuel price hikes, motorists can expect a slight reprieve from tomorrow (Wednesday).
This as the Department of Petroleum and Mineral Resources published the official fuel price adjustments.
Motorists can expect a decrease of 7 cents per litre for 93 and 95 petrol, and a decrease of between 17.5 and 23.5 cents per litre for diesel.
In coastal areas, 93 and 95 petrol will cost R21.30 and R21.55 respectively, while diesel 0.05% and 0.005% will cost R19.37 and R19.45 respectively.
While this adjustment is not much, it is a step in the right direction.
The decreases come amid a stabilisation of the global price of oil as well as the rand.
