Next of kin sought by police

Police in the Zululand District are looking for the next of kin of an unidentified man who was found murdered near Zondela bridge in Ulundi.

The deceased is believed to be in his mid-30s, tall, dark in complexion, and slim in build.

Zululand Cluster police spokesperson Captain Siyanda Shangase said the deceased has darker lips, with his left and right sets of canine teeth overlapping.

“He was found wearing skinny black jeans with a black leather belt, a black T-shirt, a black woollen beanie, and blue and black Mario Bangni tekkies.

“Any family who knows of a missing person matching the description must contact the investigating officers; Detective Captain Mdaba on 082 8567738 or Detective Constable Buthelezi on 073 1315019,” he said.
