eSikhaleni residents to brace for two-day water outage
City's water leaking pipe repair work to take up to two days

THE City of uMhlathuze has reported water supply interruptions for an estimated two days affecting various areas in eSkihaleni.
The outage is reportedly owing to a pipe leak.

According to the city, a leak to its 450mm pipe in Ward 13 is being attended to by the appointed service provider, and estimated the repair work to take up to two days.
“The appointed service provider is working around the clock to sort out the repairs.
“Repairs are expected to take no more than two days, the inconvenience caused is regreted,” said the city in a statement.
Affected areas include Gubethuke, Mabuyeni, Ncombo, Mpembeni, Bhekizwe and Ndesheni.
No alternative water source to the affected communities has been communicated to residents by the city as yet.
