Mandeni NPO receives much-needed help from business sector
Home for aged and disabled in Mandeni appreciates donation, urges continued assistance

IKHWEZI Welfare, a home for the aged and disabled, extends gratitude to its sponsors for their generosity.
This after the dormitory extension and borehole drilling for the Mandeni-based facility, with its operation reaching the entire Zululand region.

The centre’s co-ordinator, Gaba Okonofua, expressed sincere gratitude to Rencken SuperSPAR and African Bank, saying they appreciated the businesses for taking time out of their busy schedules.
“We also invited stakeholders, intending to show the services we render. We would like to extend our most sincere gratitude to the people who were present and participated towards a pledging drive for a good cause,” said Okonofua.

“We urge the community, organisations and businesses to further help and support, as we are still in dire need of resources such as JoJo tanks, cot beds, paving, security fences, and painting and waterproof mattress covers. Your assistance will be much appreciated,” she added.
