Prime your potjie pots for the Zululand Hospice annual potjiekos cook-off

The Zululand Hospice Association (ZHA) is hosting its annual Potjiekos Cook-off on Saturday, 28 June from 8.30am at Moth Hall, 8 Baines Road, Empangeni.

Enter one of the fun competition categories – Best Potjiekos, Best Homemade Sauce, or People’s Choice – and stand a chance to win cash prizes.

Teams must have 3 to 4 members and cook on open fires – but no fires are allowed on the lawn.

There will also be a car boot sale at R100 per vehicle, and vendor stalls are available (limited space) for those wanting to showcase their products or services to a vibrant crowd.

Expect live entertainment, delicious potjiekos for sale – all for an even greater cause.
