WATCH: Heavy downpours hit city suburbs

With a 90 per cent chance of rainfall forecast for this (Tuesday) morning in Empangeni, it came as no surprise to hear the rain pelting down.

These include Felixton, where one resident recorded the downpour in the suburb earlier this morning.
