Warm comfort coalesces from charity to crèche

Philco Systems and ZO's charity arm Dice (Do I Care Enough?) bring warmth and cheer to Bonisanani Crèche

A heart-warming winter warmth outreach by Philco Systems and ZO’s charity arm Dice (Do I Care Enough?) brought comfort to the youngest and eldest members of the Bonisanani Crèche community recently.

The children received toys and sweet treats, sharing their gratitude with singing and dancing.

Gogos and mkhulus received generous spoils in the form of blankets, scarves, beanies, jackets and a care pack – celebrated with spontaneous ululating, song and dance.

“Caring for both children and the elderly is close to our hearts. Seeing innocence and wisdom side by side, sharing this special time, was truly precious,” said Dice operations manager Karen Dalton.

“In recognition of their dedication and tireless work, the teachers from the crèche were each honoured with a gift and care pack – a small token of appreciation for their role in nurturing the next generation.

“This outreach served as a beautiful reminder that when communities come together, hearts are warmed far beyond the chill of winter.”
