#SpringIntoAction: Richards Bay to host 19th Sanca/ZO Walk Away from Drugs

Walk, win and raise awareness at 19th annual Sanca/ZO anti-drug fun walk in Richards Bay.

All is set for the 19th annual Sanca/ZO Walk Away from Drugs fun 5km walk this Saturday, 6 September.

Starting and finishing at Richards Bay’s Zululand Yacht Club, this year’s theme is Break the Cycle, #SpringIntoAction.

Exciting prizes and trophies are up for grabs, including for the best banners, the school with the most learners registered (on-the-day registrations only), most corporate entries and best team spirit.

Registration starts at 7am, with the walk getting under way at 9am. Entry fee is R5 for children and R20 for adults.

From children, adults and pets, entry to support this worthy cause is open to everyone.

Join early for the karate demo with Sensei Kobus Riekert and his karatekas, followed by a jam-packed warm-up from Café Gym.

Café Gym will also bring a body assessment machine and give free assessments.

Everyone in this walk against drugs is a winner and will receive a medal and a free hotdog.
