Three people were killed in a tragic accident on the N2 before the KwaMbonambi off-ramp on Sunday afternoon.
Two other people sustained moderate injuries in the collision involving two vehicles on the northbound carriageway.
All emergency services responded to the scene, which was cleared at around 5.30pm.
