The competition is being run by Butterfly Palliative Home, with Hats On for Children’s Palliative Care day – #HatsOn4CPC – being an initiative of Patch South Africa.

With facilities in Ingwavuma and Empangeni, Butterfly Home offers end-of-life care for orphaned and abandoned babies, and young children facing terminal illness.
