The ongoing maintenance work includes patching damaged road surfaces, improving intersections, and addressing road wear-and-tear caused by high traffic volumes in the town centre.

Ulundi Mayor Wilson Ntshangase explained that their main aim of maintaining and upgrading infrastructure is to improve mobility and the overall experience of residents, business owners and visitors.
“We appreciate the patience and cooperation of motorists and pedestrians while this work is being carried out, and assure the community that the upgrades will contribute to long-term improvements within the CBD,” he said.
