Road repairs tackled in CBD

Road maintenance progressing in Ulundi CBD

ULUNDI Municipality is making steady progress in repairing and upgrading roads within the CBD.

This forms part of the municipality’s commitment to improving service delivery, supporting economic activity and ensuring the road network remains safe and accessible for all users.

The ongoing maintenance work includes patching damaged road surfaces, improving intersections, and addressing road wear-and-tear caused by high traffic volumes in the town centre.

Ulundi Muncipality patching potholes in the CBD

Ulundi Mayor Wilson Ntshangase explained that their main aim of maintaining and upgrading infrastructure is to improve mobility and the overall experience of residents, business owners and visitors.

“We appreciate the patience and cooperation of motorists and pedestrians while this work is being carried out, and assure the community that the upgrades will contribute to long-term improvements within the CBD,” he said.
