Motorists travelling on the N2 north of Empangeni are urged to exercise caution following a serious accident near Mposa, heading towards the uMfolozi area in northern KZN.

The crash, which occurred at around 8am, has left two drivers entrapped and has affected traffic flow on both lanes.

Emergency services are currently on scene attending to the situation and monitoring traffic movement. The emergency lane is also partially closed.
