One person dies, three others injured in truck pile-up on the R34 road near Empangeni
One person has died in a serious collision involving three trucks on the R34 Nkwaleni road near Empangeni this (Thursday) afternoon.
The accident left one other person in a critical condition and a further two with minor injuries.
Paramedics were quickly on scene, attending to the injured patients.
Traffic on the R34 was affected, with one lane obstructed due to the accident scene.
