10 injured in N2 roll-over

Multiple injuries reported in N2 vehicle roll-over near Tongaat on Friday

A single-vehicle roll-over occurred on the N2 near Tongaat earlier this (Friday) afternoon, injuring 10 occupants.

According to IPSS Medical Rescue paramedics, they arrived on scene and established that a bakkie had rolled multiple times after the driver lost control.

“A total of 10 people sustained injuries ranging from minor to critical,” said IPSS Medical Rescue spokesperson Kelsey-Jae Mayrick.

“The critically injured patients were stabilised on scene by IPSS advanced life support paramedics.

“All patients were transported to appropriate facilities for further care.”
