LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer Number T20920/2006 passed by ENDONDAKUSUKA MUNICIPALITY in favour of SINIVASAN REDDY, Identity Number 510421 5088 08 4 (now deceased) and NEELAVATHIE REDDY, Identity Number 601119 0185 08 3, married in community of property to each other in respect of ERF 1148 MANDINI EXTENSION NUMBER 8, REGISTRATION DIVISION FU, PROVINCE OF KWAZULU-NATAL, IN EXTENT 1094 (ONE THOUSAND AND NINETY FOUR) square meters, which has been lost or destroyed.
All interest persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Assistant Registrar of Deeds: KwaZulu- Natal at Pietermaritzburg, 300 Pietermaritz Street, Pietermaritzburg within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
