Walk in Faith calls for food donations to help stock pantry
Clarion calls for the community to assist Walk in Faith to stock up shelves for those in need
The Walk in Faith NPO, based in both Empangeni and Richards Bay, has called on its loyal support base to help it stock its pantries.
The clarion call was posted on Facebook this week, urging even the smallest of donations, either food or financial.
“With the increase in prices of food, clothes, toiletries, transport, rent, etc, it is one huge struggle for families to keep their heads above water – everyone is in survival mode, trying to provide whatever they can,” said the charity on its Facebook page on Monday.
“We challenge you, as an individual, school or business, friends, colleagues, etc – if you are able to help financially, or with groceries and toiletries, please let us know.
