TEMP ADMIN ASSISTANT SERVICE A dynamic and growing company, manufacturing, installing and servicing industrial instrumentation, has a vacancy for a Temp Admin Assistant Service. Applicants for the position should be able to work as part of a team at our Richards Bay Branch. Qualifications:
•Matric, with experience in office administration. Experience / Skills:
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•Good command of the English language.
•Own Transport and Driver`s Licence
•Accurate typing of all correspondence.
•Must be Computer Literate.
•Excellent organisational skills.
•Good telephonic skills.
•Attend to general office duties.
•Data Capturing.
•Self-motivated.
•Compiling quotes and uploading on platforms.
•Monitoring and actioning e-mail correspondence.
•Salary negotiable.
•This position is a temporary position for a period of approximately for (3) months.
