CITY OF UMHLATHUZE NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 116(3) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT: MUNICIPAL FINANCE MANAGEMENT ACT 56 OF 2003 City of uMhlathuze Council hereby gives notice as stated by Section 116(3) of the MFMA to the public regarding the scope variation and extension of time through RPT 182279 on TENDER 8/2/1/UMH958-21/22: PROVISION AND MANAGEMENT OF A PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL INDEPENDENT ETHICS, FRAUD, BRIBERY, CORRUPTION AND FINANCIAL MISCONDUCT REPORTING MECHANISM (TELEPHONIC HOTLINE AND EMAIL) AND SUPPORTING ACTIVITIES FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS ON A MONTH-TO-MONTH BASIS NOT EXCEEDING A PERIOD OF SIX (6) MONTHS. The Bid Adjudication Minutes, Item 4446 – RPT: 182386 refers to resolution taken at the Special Bid Adjudication meeting held 20 March 2026.
