CITY OF UMHLATHUZE NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 116(3) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT: MUNICIPAL FINANCE MANAGEMENT ACT 56 OF 2003 The City of uMhlathuze Council hereby gives notice as stated in Section 116(3) of the MFMA for public awareness and participation regarding to the establishment of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for TENDER 8/2/1/ UMH338-18/19 (04 of 49) B: Provision of Professional Consulting Engineering Services for Updating and Implementation of Projects Related to Built Environment Engineering Consultants for a Three (3) Year Period (Panel of Consultants as and when required) – Transaction Advisor for PPP Wastewater Reuse Project. The Bid Adjudication Minutes 1384 Item 4462 RPT 182331 refer to resolution item 4463 taken at the Bid Adjudication meeting held on 17 April 2026 together with recommendations contained in Council Resolutions 18485 and 18486. The completion date is 3 November 2026.
