LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer Number T19164/2003 passed by ITHALA DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORPORATION LIMITED in favour of GOLF PARK DEVELOPMENTS CC, REGISTRATION NUMBER 1992/024296/23, in respect of ERF 1770 ESHOWE, REGISTRATION DIVISION GU, PROVINCE OF KWAZULU NATAL, IN EXTENT 5578 (FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY EIGHT) SQUARE METRES which has been lost or destroyed.
All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Assistant Registrar of Deeds at Room 411, High Court Building, 300 Pietermaritz Street, Pietermaritzburg within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
